Damage, Incorrect Items & Shipping Protection

We take great care in preparing every order, and for added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout. With this protection in place, your order is fully insured with us.
If any item arrives damaged or is lost in transit and you have purchased shipping protection, simply reach out with a photo upon delivery and we will promptly refund or replace the affected item.
Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received an incorrect product. This allows us to quickly review the situation and ensure it’s resolved seamlessly.
In the event that an incorrect candle size or fragrance is sent, please let us know. There’s no need to return the item—consider it a gift from us to enjoy or share. A refund for the incorrect item will be issued right away.
Shipping Protection
Please note that if shipping protection is not selected at checkout, we are unable to guarantee refunds for damage incurred during transit. In these cases, claims must be filed directly with the chosen shipping carrier.
