Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund if the candle has yet to be burned and has been delivered broken.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll immediately refund your original payment method. Refunds take 5-7 business days to show up on your payment method, but you will receive a confirmation email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we have sent you a wrong candle size or scent, we will send you the correct one for no additional cost and you can keep the old order.
